The 2026 Spring OTS Competition will take place after the RTsim.Bootcamp and will include a cash prize for participants, rewarding strong performance, smart decision-making, and Confidence under pressure.

Engineering students, young professionals and representatives of oil and gas companies who have basic knowledge of process operations.
All main sessions and communication are in English. You should feel comfortable following technical presentations and asking questions in English.
No prior simulator experience is required. We will start with an introduction to the RTsim.Career OTS interface and guide you step by step.
A personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection, a browser and a headset. You do not need any special hardware.
On average 4–6 hours per week for live sessions and practice. Around the competition days you may want to spend a bit more time on preparation.
Participation in RTsim.Bootcamp and Spring OTS Downstream Competition is free of charge for registered participants.
Yes, the format is 100% online and open to participants from any country.
Yes, active participants who complete the Bootcamp and take part in the competition will receive a digital certificate.
Winners of the Spring OTS Downstream Competition will receive cash prizes: 1st place – USD 1000, 2nd place – USD 750, 3rd place – USD 500.
