The new RTsim Q&A Internship combines hands-on work with operator training simulators, testing of the RTsim.Career platform, and the development of practical recommendations for its further improvement.

The first cohort brings together active students and winners of competitions held as part of RTsim.Training programmes. The interns represent five countries: Algeria, Iraq, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria

Throughout the programme, participants will:

🔹 complete RTsim.Career modules and technological scenarios;

🔹 test the platform interface and task logic;

🔹 identify and document technical and UX-related observations;

🔹 assess the clarity of terminology and educational materials;

🔹 suggest ways to adapt the platform for an international audience.

The internship is conducted fully online and will last four to six weeks. Each week, participants complete assignments on the platform, prepare structured reports, and discuss their findings and recommendations with the RTsim team.

For students, this is an opportunity to gain practical experience with digital educational solutions, develop analytical and technical communication skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the improvement of RTsim.Career.

For RTsim, the programme provides valuable feedback from users representing different educational systems, professional environments, and national contexts.

We see this internship as a long-term international initiative. RTsim plans to gradually expand the programme’s geographical reach and invite the most active students to participate in future educational, research, product-testing, and ambassador projects.
